Mortgage For Turkish Real Estate

Derin & Derin is offering Low Rate housing loans

We are delighted to be able to offer to all our clients the chance to invest in Turkish property by introducing our new low fixed rate mortgages. In association with a national Turkish Banks, we are offering mortgages with the following rates:-

• 6.96% pa. Euro Fixed Rate (5-10 years mortgage)
• 7.80% pa. Euro Fixed Rate (15-20 years mortgage) Process
• Client receives & signs pre term sheet.
• Signs sales contract & pays 35% of sales price.
• Applies for military clearance.
• Client receives military clearance. Completes mortgage criteria.
• Final 65% of sales price is paid as per the terms set out in mortgage information.

Mortgage Terms & Conditions:-

Loan to Value :- up to 65%(of valuation)
Interest Rate :- EURO 6.96% pa(5-10 years) 7.80% (15-20 years)
Type of Rate :- Fixed for full duration of loan
Payment Terms :- Cannot exceed 50% of monthly income of applicant
Currencies available :- YTL, $, £, €
Term :- 5,10,15,20 Years
Minimum Loan :- 30,000 Euro, 20,000 GBP
Maximum Loan :- No Maximum
Age of Applicant :- 25-70 years
Early Repay Penalty :- 2% of outstanding balance
Requirements :- Earthquake and Building Insurance
Bank Charges :- 1.5% administration fee

• No Valuation Fee(some banks do charge 500YTL)
• Self employed & retirees accepted
• Pre-offer lasts for 4 months. Can be extended to 18months (extra 1% commission will be required to process this request)
